Who LifeNTech Is
We exist at the intersection of innovation and responsibility where technology meets purpose, and digital transformation is grounded in ethical use and actionable strategies.
We don't just teach people how to use AI and digital tools. We teach them how to use technology responsibly. That distinction matters. While many are rushing to adopt AI and new technology to stay relevant, the real competitive advantage isn't speed, it's knowing how to use technology and AI tools responsibly.
Our approach is practical, not preachy. Plain-language, not jargon-heavy. People-centered, not tech-obsessed. We work with leaders, organizations, and educators who want to move forward with AI and digital transformation but refuse to compromise their values, security, or integrity in the process.
From corporate teams navigating AI adoption to faith communities protecting their digital safety, from educators equipping students for the future to global communities accessing technology for the first time.
LifeNTech meets people where they are and equips them for what's next.
Everyone is talking about AI. We are talking about doing it right. Because responsible AI is not optional — it is essential.
With a background in Computer Information Systems and 20+ years of experience across education, workforce development, and leadership coaching, Johonna began her career training educators and administrators in Milwaukee Public Schools. Since then, her work has expanded far beyond the classroom.
Through LifeNTech, Johonna leverages her experience, global perspective, and professional network to equip leaders and organizations with the tools and knowledge to navigate AI and digital transformation responsibly. Her work focuses on AI and digital literacy training, cybersecurity awareness, and digital leadership—helping others reduce risk, protect what matters, and lead with confidence.
Her impact extends globally, from empowering under-resourced villages in Johannesburg, South Africa with digital literacy training to working with organizations, educators, and leaders across the U.S.
Over the years, Johonna has partnered with organizations, entrepreneurs, educators, nonprofits, community, financial institutions, and global missions bringing a practical, people-centered approach to every engagement.
More than a technologist, Johonna is a catalyst for transformation. Whether she's coaching a leader through a career pivot, training educators to lead in the age of AI, equipping ministry leaders to navigate technology in the 21st century church her approach remains the same: meet people where they are, equip them with what they need, and empower them to move forward with confidence.
Technology is the tool but people, purpose, and progress are always the mission.
